Nightmare

Nightmare









Well not really a nightmare, just that i had a long night.
I was waken up by some awful cramps @ 3.30am in the morning.
I could not sleep aft tat, the pain was unbearable.
In the end, i had to eat painkiller to stop the pain.
It has been a while since i experience such great pain, physically of cos.
I'd been in & out of the toilet for more than 6times within 30mins.
Now i really hate going to the toilet!!!

Finally, i fell asleep @ 4.30am in the morning.....
well still, i have not had a good dream.
